Warranty Information
Warranty terms depend on the product and the manufacturer or retailer. The warranty details shown on each product page indicate what applies to that product. This page explains the types of warranty you may encounter and how to make a claim.
Types of Warranty
- Manufacturer warranty — provided by the product manufacturer. Claims are usually handled through the manufacturer, with our support where needed.
- Retailer warranty — provided by us where stated on the product page.
- Optional extended warranty — any extended cover will be clearly offered and explained before purchase. We do not invent warranty durations.
Your Statutory Rights
A warranty is in addition to, not a replacement for, your statutory rights as a consumer. If a product is faulty, you may have rights under consumer protection law regardless of the warranty.
What May Be Covered
- Manufacturing defects and faults that arise during normal use.
- Parts and labour for the warranty period stated on the product page.
- Repair or replacement at the manufacturer's or retailer's discretion.
What Is Typically Not Covered
- Accidental damage or misuse.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Commercial use (unless the warranty expressly covers it).
